Hi, I am burning a Enviro Empress insert.....this is the 11th brand of pellet I have burned. I normally have to clean out the stove after 54 hours of burn time. With this brand of "low ash" all I get is 24 hours and the stove chokes out! I wont buy again!

Just bought 15 bags at Lowes and will never buy these again. so much ash you have to clean the stove every 20 hours. I have a Newport Bay Avalon which I have burned about 6 different pellets with no problems. These burn fine, the heat output is OK but every time you turn around you have to clean the stove.

I have an Enviro pellet stove that has worked flawlessly for the past 4 years. I have burned a number of different pellets, some producing more or less ash and others producing more or less clinkers but I have never experienced a problem with pellets that just won't burn. Filled the stove at 9:30 am and had to shut it down again at 9:30 pm because the pellet pot was full of 1/2 burned pellets and the stove was absolutely filthy. Please do not waste your money on these pellets.

I bought these pellets at Home depot after running out of my other brand. There is less hest with these and a lot more ash, i would empty the ash once a week with the other brand and now i have to empty it every day. I will never buy these again. Don't waste your money on them.

I have a Breckwell p3000 and have been burning pellets for ten years, these pellets have lots of dust in the bags which clogs the stove and they do produce more ash then most pellets. The pellets don't produce much heat making me burn on a higher setting thus burning more than usual. I do not recommend then nor will I buy them again.

We were using a different brand of pellets and ran out and these were available immediately. The heat output is not good at all, a ton of ash and since we've been using these, the feed auger jams and shuts down the stove. Extrememly not happy at all!

Have a lopi Firefox 400 I'm just about threw the 50 bags I bought and I can't wait for them to be gone. VERY HIGH ash content. Stove needs to be cleaned every 2 days. I will not be buying these again.

The pellets seem to burn faster than other brands, one bag of north American pellets will burn in less than 24 hours whereas other brands I've used last 24+ hours on the same heat level. In addition to these pellets burning faster than the competitors making it so one ton will not last as long, the bags split open very easily which causes loss of pellets. I feel as if I would have been better off paying slightly more for a little bit of quality.
