We have an England Stove Works pellet stove and it performed perfectly until we purchased a ton of north american pellets from TSC in Hamilton , NY. Since we used their product we have had to call a service man 3 times in 3 weeks to remove the ash and sludge from the upper auger of our stove. It shut us down during the coldest period of the year. I wouldnt take that crap if they offered it to us free. Im also writing TSC to let them know how I feel about this product. Its not in the best interest of TSC or anyone else to carry a product of such low value.

Have been burning these this heating season since haven't been able to find a brand I'd like to burn (Hamer etc.) and we're not impressed. We have an old Austroflamm Integra 22 yrs old, need a small pellet so this one works, but does leave a lot of ash, and the stove needs cleaning more frequently. And for the first time ever the heat exchange tubes are coating up with creosote. Bought the pellets at TSC - hoping to find something someplace else....

I have purchased 40 bags of pellets from Tractor Supply. I have a Harman stove and never had a problem with it at all in 3 years. Since I started using North American Pellets, don't know if it is to much dust or what but my pellet stove has shut down 3 times, because of an error. After checking what the error was, it was to much dust and build up from the pellets which was like concrete in the auger of my stove. VERY DISAPPOINTED CUSTOMER.

I find this batch I got great and hot. But they burn up like paper and I use about the amount in a 24 hour period . with a very high ash content. I have to clean my qf pellet stove with every fill of the hopper . lot of ash an it cakes up in the bottom of the burn pot.I bought these at tractor supply in Fulton n.y. were they store most pellets outside this might be some of the problem. I'm not happy with this batch of pellets .

I have an old Whitfield stove - it was in house when I bought it. Sorry, but that's all I know. However, I bought these pellets from Tractor Supply because that was all they had. I really like them - they burn slow, so last a long time, and I feel the amount of ash is much smaller than others I have tried. I have seen a lot of negative comments, maybe I am missing something - certainly not an expert on wood pellets!

I'm fairly new to this just bought a pellet stove in January a Bosca. It is not a common pellet stove but so far I seem to be getting a good bang for my buck. I bought these north american pellets in desperation due to the shortage and I must say I like them 5 bags in and have't cleaned my stove yet. I was supposed to get a higher quality pellet at lowes that I ordered online but when I got there to pick them up this is all they had. I bought some curren pellets, I think thats the name and they were horrible lots of ash and poor heat. So far my best is vermont pellets I think but these seem pretty good in my opinion especially in the pinch I was in but still searching and will welcome any opinions offered.
