I have tried pellets from new England pellet company that is very close to where we live they cost more then the ones I got at home depot for less.they had a lot less ash.

Ran out of Vermonts. Burning these leftover from last year, until I can resupply Vermonts. Have to clean ash daily. Clog burn pot. The North Americans are the worst pellet I have ever used. Cheap price, cheap, poor pellets. Never again at any price.

We purchased these pellets last year, and we'll NEVER buy these again. High ash content, with low yield producing a lazy flame even with the air burn set to the highest setting. These are horrible cheap pellets.

Worst wood pellets i ever burn in my harman. unbelievable amount of ash. And now i can see why you don't have a number on the bag for contact. I would rather talk to someone than what i am doing right now. I would like a phone call at 8605677778 to talk to someone in charge. Thank you Felix Esposito

Lopi Fox Fire. Cleaned my stove inside and out the chimney this season to start off. Picked up a ton of North American and have had no luck with them through the whole pallet. Even with the airstick 100% pulled these pellets are a tough burn, produce a lot of ash, along with a good amount of dark smoke. These pellets might burn at full feed for a few hours tops then I have to steadily decrease the feed to 3/4-1/2 by the time a day or two has passed. Expect to be cleaning the stove everyday or two if you can stretch it as I have been. Not happy at all with these pellets, my friend says I am married to this pellet stove because of these poor quality pellets. Anyone with tips on this model please contact @bennet6901@yahoo.com

Bought these at Home Depot for 209/ton. Using 2 St Croix stoves. Lots of ash and, clinkers (something St Croix stoves don't get). Heat output poor compared to New England Pellets, used 1 ton in 15 days. Overall, poor value, twice the stove maintenance.

These are the WORST pellets I've run through my Avalon Astoria. They fill up the ash bin every 2 bags, they complete black out the glass in half a bag, and they don't burn hot at all, stove discharge temperature is down noticeably (at least 20-30F) while running at feed rate 5/6 setting. Will never buy again.

Comparison is against all soft-wood Stove Chow that I had been using the last few tons. Stove Chow only needed to be cleaned out every 6 bags or so and burned so hot that on feed rate 3 you couldn't hold your hand in front of the exhaust for more than a few seconds.

Do not waste your money on these pellets, you have to clean the ash out every two days.

So far, my king 5500 likes these pellets best. I've burned insta heat(waste of money), agri-recycle(low btu, black soot), and now these north american pellets. These pellets do make a noticably more ash but much less uncombustibles/clinkers. My door glass has never stayed this clean for this long(3 days). Best part is that these pellets cost almost $.50 a bag less than the insta-heat or agri-recycle available locally(western n.y.). I purchase them at lowes@$4.18 /bag

We burn North American Pellets, we are very satisfied with them. I have a question, with all the bags we burn, are the bags themselves recycleable?
