Additional Info

  • Admin Review: August - 2017 - Looking forward to burning some this year!! I always thought these were great pellets
Oct - 2017 - GOOD GOD I GOT BAG THAT MISSED QUALITY CONTROL. I have never in my 8 years of doing this website seen ash so high. Check out the picture below of the ash only after 4 hours of burn. On a positive, These pellets put out a ton of heat and I have always liked burning them in the past. However, Londonderry Home Depot! Don't get them there. Its a bad batch.

Reading th ecomments is amusing. Some LOVE them, and some not so much. I have had my stove for only a month or so, and have tried 3 types of pellets thus far. These are the most dusty and seem to burn up a little bit quicker. I'm not sure I will buy them again.

I have a big Drolet DP00060 ECO-65. Best pellets i have found this year. Very low ash. Good Heat. These cheap HD pellets i got work 10 times better than other premium brands.

I prefer these over the other brand the Depot carries, Stove Chow. Smaller pieces, lighter in color, smell better, ash not as cakey, and produces more heat. I also prefer them over O'Malley and GreenTeam as well. Still want to try Hamers and Lignetics before I buy a ton or more.

I have purchased your products many times in the past and have always been happy until today when I found large pieces of wood in the bag that would have caused significant damage to my stove if not immediately seen .
I just purchased a new pellet stove for a significant amount of money and if this were to get clogged in my router it would have caused serious damage therefore I will not buy your products again .

Worst pellets I have ever put in my Harman P68!!! I returned tem to Home Depot. The entire interior of my stove has a coating of heavy black soot. They smell like plastic burning and do not heat well. The only plus was they are low in ash! I will never buy these again.

The Fireside Ultra pellets I just bought (15 bags) have much more wood dust mixed with the pellets than I've ever seen compared to all the other brands of pellets I've used. The pellets are also in smaller pieces and more broken than other brands I've used.
