I have been using Turman pellets for several years and was happy with them until this year, 2018. I have experienced bridging problems in the hopper with every bag. The only reason I can determine after researching and cleaning my stove and hopper once a week, is that there are too many long pellets in the bag that keep causing bridging issues. As soon as I poke a yard stick down the middle of the hopper, I see the center of the pellets collapse a little and they start to feed into the auger. Any ideas how to prevent this? It is irritating to wake up to a cold house.
