We have been using Comfy Cozy Pellets for the past 6 years. We've never had problems. This morning, our pellet stove wouldn't come on. Turns out, the bag had contained a rock which jammed our auger. We are very disappointed with the lack of quality control that would allow this to happen. For the time being, we will no longer purchase Comfy Cozy Pellets, even though we have been loyal customers for so long. My hope is that someone from the company will read this and respond with how we will be compensated. I do have pictures to prove our experience. Thank you in advance for your response.
