I was new to the pellet stove a few years back and have used these Geneva pellets since I started. The glass was black after running it all night and the fire box was flowing over which forced me to shut it down, let it cool and clean all the black soot that built up only to start the process again and again. Me being new to the pellet stove thing a few years ago I thought this was a normal process. Was I so wrong. Going to order another 2 tons of these nightmare pellets the company ran out and forced me to look for another brand. (Thank God) I came across these pellets called "Green Team" bought from Lowes. All I can say is WHAT A DIFFERENCE. I will never buy another brand of pellets but these "Green Team". I loaded up my hopper with these pellets 1 week ago and the stove has been running continuous and still looks like I just cleaned it all out and fired it up. It is JUST AMAZING what a difference these pellets make. I have a Heatilator PS50 by Eco Choice and I will never put anything else in this stove other than Green Team pellets. Please save yourself a lot of trouble and try a bag of these. You will simply never use anything else again.

High ash output. I rate a pellet by how often I am required to clean my stove. This brand lasted a couple bags and the burn pot needed a cleaning. The best I've ever burned is Country Boy White Lightning.

I burned this brand last year and they were amazing, this season, the fines are out of control! They are burning well but I bet there are 6 to 8 cups of fines each bag... And who do you contact in the company to talk to someone, they website is even down.

Every bag of purchased pellets, so far, have had a double line of holes in the bags and the fines are unreasonable. I assume that the excessive ash is because of the holes in the bag. Why would you put wood pellets in bags with holes in them to allow the moisture in?

I've been using these pellets all season in my Harman Advance and I'm very happy with them. Much better than the stuff at the big box stores.

Don't get this brand. Horrible pellets. The pellets clumped up and filled my ash pot after about 4 hours. Heat not so good.

I have been burning pellets for 4 years. This is one of the worst pellets that I have burned. Way too much ash! Too boot, I payed $309 at ton! Unfortunately, the high demand this season is creating a bunch of subpar pellets. This is not a premium pellet.

bought three tons this year and find them to be a good quality pellet with low ash and high heat for the money. Use to buy New England wood pellets and I find these superior. There are a few fines but the quality of the burn is so much better!

Dirty, dusty, full of fines, and a ton of ash. I have to clean the pan every 2 to 3 days. I will never get them again. They have lost my $$$ forever. You get what you pay for.
