Blazer Wood Fuel Pellets from West Oregon Wood Products.
Blazer wood fuel pellets burn hot!!!!
BLAZER 50–40 lb. bags
From: Oregon
Source: Douglas Fir Blend
Ash Content: 0.3%.
BTU (Dry Basis): 9,200 avg.
The raw wood is acquired in the “green” (wet) state and dried to the proper moisture content.
Precise control of the drying process assures the volatile components will be retained to radiate maximum heat from the burning pellets.
BLAZER pellets are regularly tested by independent laboratories to ensure that our pellets exceed the standards established by the PFI (Pellet Fuel Institute) for PREMIUM FUEL classification.
Pellet producers across the country are using a large variety of wood species for the manufacturing of pellets. Each possesses its own characteristics that affect the ultimate heating value.
West Oregon Wood Products, Inc. has incorporated the finest species available in the Pacific Northwest, Douglas Fir, to produce our high quality premium fuel pellet.
Ok , my husband passed away 8-18-16 any how I would of froze last year thank god he had cut and stockpiled 4-5 cords. Let me tell you as an arthritic 50 some year old women last winter was the longest and hardest time ever for me. I won’t be bringing in a wheel barrel and a half of wood next winter!! This chipmunk is getting ready now. So I figure I can go on 1 bag in 22-25 hours at a time still 30 bags a month so for 6 months top how many tons would that be. And DO YOU SELL THEM YEAR ROUND?? In case I can’t buy them all in time before our harsh winters. G.
Where can I purchase these in Sacramento? Home Depot doesn’t carry them any more so we got an off brand. I was very dissatisfied with them, so I’d like to go back to the Blazer Pellets. They burned cleaner and hotter.
Can you tell me where I can buy your pellets in or near Bakersfield, CA? We have been buying them at Home Depot but they have a different brand this year. I was unable to get through to you by phone. Are you still in business?
I got 4 tons from pellets direct in Uxbridge, ma. Just order on line and they deliver 1-5 tons for $65. I believe the Blazers were $319 a ton. They burned hot with little ash, I actually only emptied the ash tray in my Harmon p43 once a month during heavy burn time..not much scraping of burn pot and glass didn’t get sootier than any other pellets. They were small so no clinkers or cutting . Fines were minimal, going to order more this year.
