The raw wood is acquired in the “green” (wet) state and dried to the proper moisture content.

BLAZER pellets are regularly tested by independent laboratories to ensure that our pellets exceed the standards established by the PFI (Pellet Fuel Institute) for PREMIUM FUEL classification.
Pellet producers across the country are using a large variety of wood species for the manufacturing of pellets. Each possesses its own characteristics that affect the ultimate heating value.
West Oregon Wood Products, Inc. has incorporated the finest species available in the Pacific Northwest, Douglas Fir, to produce our high quality premium fuel pellet.
Purchased a pallet of these pellets last fall from “Tractor Supply”. I’ve been burning pellets for the past 10 year and these are, by far, the worst pellets I have ever purchased. Avoid them at all costs. The problem is the amount of clinkers they produce. One bag of these pellets will produce enough clinkers to foul the burn pot completely.
These pellets are no good. I picked them up at a Tractor Supply in Galt. They don’t burn hot. Barely see a flame. Running the stove all night and livingroom where the stove is located was a balmy 65 degrees.
Just bought 7 bags of these and am very disappointed with them. Fired the stove up and they were burning nice and hot for about an hour. Went in the other room for about 20 minutes or so and when I came back out I had a burn pot full of klinkers and no fire. I have a very clean unit and have used various brands with no issues. I will definitely avoid using this brand in the future!
I was burning presto log brand pellet, I picked up a few bags of blazer pellets to see how the burned and i am impressed they burn much hotter and cleaner the the presto log brand
The worst wood pellets I have ever bought. They do not burn completely, the fire box is full of clinkers and has to be cleaned several times each day. Thank god the supplier where I bought these realized the problem and does not carry them any more… Don’t know if I got a bad batch or what the issue was, I know it was not my stove.
I have a Lennox Country pellet stove and have burned Blazer pellets for years always getting them at home depot. This year home depot is selling Premium. I really prefer using Blazer pellets based on our past experience using them. Where in Fresno, Ca can I get the Blazer pellets

Bad brand
This brand is terrible. Doesn’t burn any hotter. Makes a mess, have to clean glass and burn pot every 2 days.
