Clean Burn brand of wood pellets contain none of the bark, dirt or insects associated with burning wood. The low moisture content of the Clean Burn wood pellets results in nearly total combustion when used in an approved wood pellet stove, reducing emissions and creosote buildup almost entirely. Wood pellets cost less per energy unit than almost all fuels. Clean Burn pellets are made from 100% wood sawdust and shavings which are dried, screened, ground and compressed in Tacoma, Washington. The pellets produce a consistently high BTU, low ash fuel. No additives or binders are used in the process.
Summary
Hoping to get a bag this year 2018. Keep reaching out but have not heard back

Not like they used to be!!!
I don’t know what’s happened to these pellets!! They used to burn clean! Now the success u.s filed with ash and dust!! I sm NOT happy with them anymore. Using them as main source of heat has not been a grid idea as of late! Have to find a more efficient product!

Clean Burn, Clean Your wallet
After running these for 2 years, my stove needed service. Guy comes in, looks at the inside of stove, and asked if I’d been running Clean Burn Pellets. All sorts of parts seriously corroded. (to the tune of 800$) My neighbors stove was the same. He recommended I switch to Bear Mountain. 3 Years later, inside of my stove looks almost new. Dont use these. The logs sit out in the salt water before processing in tacoma. Regardless of what the company says, the proof is in the damage to 2 stoves.

Not good!
I am not happy with the Clean Burn pellets. The retailer said the were high quality fir, however they definitly don’t smell or burn like my normal brand (Pinnacle here in BC). The ash is more like the low quality pellets and there is much more of it. My high quality stove has shut down 3 times in the last 7 days since using them, due to an overflowing pot. Also I find it interesting that the bag and Manke website advertise high quality but I have found ZERO product information anywhere. If the retailer I bought them from wasn’t so far away, I would be taking them back. I have been using a pellet stove as a main source of heat here in Canada for many years and my advice to you is to stay away from cheap, mdf pellets and stick with fir if you can. They do cost more but but are definitly worth it. Better heat and slower burn, barely any ash and way easier on your stove.

clean your burnpot.. unplug the holes if you have a drop feed and turn up the airflow
what stove do you have?
These are terrible
These are terrible pellets leave more ash, less heat and burn faster than other leading pellets. Very dirty and a lazy fire.

The Best Pellets
The Best Pellets I have ever used, low ash, high heat output. Have tried other pellets, but none compare to these. We don’t have a huge selection to chose from on the Oregon coast, but the others I have tried are horrible.

Just bought a ton of Clean Burn Pellets after a week of burning them they burn just fine with very little ash see no problems with them, and at $195.00 a Ton I will continue to burn them. I see where some reviews are getting Clinkers I would adjust my feed rate more than likely is the reason for them.
Harman P61, used Cleanburn all last year, were great. 2018 now, cleanburn pellets, leaving unburned pellets and ash. Fire was smelly, lazy and poor heat. Cleaning stove every few days, very dirty. Switched to Olympus, no smell, fire burns vigorously, little ash, no unburned pellets, cleaner stove. Will also test Bear Mountain and Goldenfire brand. Will never use cleanburn again. Something has changed with cleanburn pellets. Must evaluate pellets every year.
