Marwood’s Comfy Cozy is a premium quality pellet fuel which exceeds the Pellet Fuel Institute (PFI) premium standards. Competitively priced, Comfy Cozy consistently receives high praise from our many customers.
Wood pellets are not all created equal. Marwood strives for consistent high quality which results in pellets that burn hotter with lower ash content.
The reason for the consistently high quality? Unlike almost all of our competitors, we use our own wood fiber from our other operations. By controlling the quality and moisture content of the wood fiber, and using the most advanced manufacturing technology in the industry, we’re able to consistently deliver a high-quality product. Improve the performance of your pellet stove with
Comfy Cozy Wood Pellets.

pellet dust
I have been burning these pellets for a number of years with no problems, but this year every bag of pellets has an unusual amount of dust, so much so that I have to sift each bag because the amount of dust in the bag clogs up my auger, my question is, is this problem been fixed or am I going to have the same problem next year because I already purchased next years supply.

Sand
I recently purchased 30 bags of Comfy Cozy pellets and have burned about half of them. I am having a serious issue with sand in the pellets. I am having to clean out my pot daily otherwise it just fills with sand and the pellets have nowhere to go. I live 500km from the place of purchase so returning them for a refund is not an option. I have used other brands a d have never had this problem before.

These pellets jam up my Enviro Pellet stove, I will not buy again. I can only put a small amount in the stove, otherwise the auger spins for only 1 second instead of 3 and the fire goes out. Eastern Embers give me no troubles, can fill the stove.
I also replaced my motor, lubed the auger, replaced the auger bushing,so it is not that.
garbage pellets. i have a enviro fire pellet stove. run out of eastern embers and bought 10 bags comfy cozy.1 bag was all it took to gum up my stove.got some eastern embers and stove works great.I did notice comfy cozy pellets stunk and they were not consistent length. some were 2 inches long.
I have used both Comfy Cozy and Eastern Embers for the past 5yrs, and am happy with both in terms of performance and consistency. I have used other brands at times, but found these work best for me. I especially appreciate getting the comfy cozy’s at 4.99 a bag when on sale at Kent. Canawick are okay but have lot of ash build up in burn pot. I liked the Okanagan that Cdn tire sold, but have not seen them recently.
Just bought them at Kent and they smell really bad I’m going to have to bring them back what a waste of my time
Do your pellets contain glue. I want to use the ash in my organic garden. Thanks
We have been using Comfy Cozy Pellets for the past 6 years. We’ve never had problems. This morning, our pellet stove wouldn’t come on. Turns out, the bag had contained a rock which jammed our auger. We are very disappointed with the lack of quality control that would allow this to happen. For the time being, we will no longer purchase Comfy Cozy Pellets, even though we have been loyal customers for so long. My hope is that someone from the company will read this and respond with how we will be compensated. I do have pictures to prove our experience. Thank you in advance for your response.
Bought 40 bags at Kent….retired 31 they jammed my pellet stove every couple of hours it was cold every morning cause the stove just shut off had to unjam the pellets reset the stove and get it going again, had the stove for 5 years and never had the problem till Kent change md suppliers
