Low heat high ash level. Dirtiest nastiest low heat pellet I have ever burned. Struggling to keep my ash pan empty on a daily basis, and my house at 70 degrees. Run away from these Pellets. Anyone selling them should be ashamed for offering these for sale. Unfortunately in my area I am at the mercy of Menards for what brand they are selling, and I got stuck with these turds this year. 5 tons of crap pellets. Do Not Buy These!
Well ive used these for 3 plus years. This year there are stones mixed in with the pellets which causes augur not to work.. this has cost me 3 services calls totaling over 3 hundred dollars so far. Not a real happy camper this year. You dont answer phone 7155323042 and have yet to reply to email.
Good pellets with a quality mixture of woods. Pellets store well with great waterproofing packaging. Store very well. Bags are durable for individual handling. I have had NO burning issues!
I hope I never have to get these again. I feel I completely waisted money. Made a dirty mess if my stove. I’ve never had to clean so much ash as I did with these. Stove glass black in hours and never seemed to get up to a good heat. So happy I only got 7 bags.
DON'T USE INDECK!!!! unless you like cleaning your stove everyday.

Overall Quality
I purchased some Indeck in the fall had no problems. Purchased some the other day at Menards. Nothing but problems. Glass is BLACK with soot in about 3 hours. Vents are clean and because of all the soot have to clean pellet stove every day. When I’m do with this load I’m looking at something different. I wish i could take the load back to Menards.
Heat is fine, ash about the same as any other, however lots of dust which I need to clean the hopper more often. There seems to be more crumbles than pellets. Using premium softwood.
Pillows have a strong smell. Compared to the previous pellets I was using these pellets produce a lot less heat. Pellets also seem to be crumbled and of poor quality compared to previous pellets I have used. I do not recommend these pellets.
Indeck pellets burn nicely and clean. I found little difference between them Somerset, and Ozark, all being premium hardwood. Easy heat pellets are terrible and are very dirty. I will buy any of those 3 brands but have burned indeck the most because of their close availability and price at Menards. all being hardwood
First yr with a pellet stove and these are the 3rd brand I have tried.. by far the worst of the 3.. WAY more ash than the other two.. more moister content.. sadly I ended up with a pallet “50” bags bc I ordered from lowes thinking I was gonna get the Somerset brand (best of the 3) I can say I’ll NEVER order these again and will not recommend..
