Marth Fuel Pellets are made of 100% pure renewable and sustainable wood fiber. These super efficient wood pellets are made by compressing wood particles. The compression creates heat, releasing the wood’s natural lignin, which then bonds the particles into pellets. The result is a cost-effective, renewable way to heat your home or commercial building that’s also environmentally smart.
Summary
Both the hard and softwood pellets burned very well and were both pretty hot. Overall I liked the hardwood pellets better which is interesting because I’m usually favor the added heat from softwood pellets. Check out both of my reviews on each product

Way too much soot!
Pellets are terrible, picked them up from Menards bc I wasn’t able to get my normal pellets (Somerset). The amount of soot these pellets produce is unbelievable. I have no problems with Somerset. Usually clean out my Quadra-Fire once a week with the Somerset’s, but with Marth I’m cleaning it every other day. I can assure you that I will never purchase these pellets ever again when this ton is gone.

Just wrote Marth to complain, I exclusively heat my home with pellets for the past 12 years. And have even bought Marth before. end of season bought 10 bags at Menards. two bags in my chimmeny is dripping a solution that looks like motor oil and then hardens. The smell is unbearable. I woke in the middle of the night to a horrible chemical smell in the house and shut the burner off. All four of us have a sore throat this am! I am pissed!!! I will source another brand today but whatever they are blending with there wood to make a buck is DANGEROUS!!! DO NOT BUY MARTH.
hello
I need pine wood pellet qty 40 k mt x12 cif korea term Lc
Not really pleased on the performance of these pellets in my
Pel Pro wood stove. Sooted up really bad, lots of ash, black smoke coming out of the chimney. First time I’ve called for emergency cleaning on the stove. I’m very thorough about keeping the fire box clean and the surrounding areas free of ash and keeping the glass clean on the door. Within five minutes of starting the fire this morning the clean glass was completely black. I bought these pellets at Menards, I won’t do that again, if that is all Menards sells I’ll find another place to buy pellets.
i have a breckwell 2700 ,I have run marth wood pellets for years many years I maintain my stove on a regular basis .2017 t0 feb 2018 I noticed the colour change in the pellets. they used to b dark brown then half dark half liter brown and now lite brown . they must have changed something they burn terrible just like the ones they warn you about . marth should take a closer look at wat they changed here . is anyone else having this problem also .
ive had a quadra fire mount vernon pellet stove now for more than 8 years love the stove, had had good results with marth pellets in past years but this year they are the worst pellet i’ve ever used. no heat bought 2 ton when they were on sale
total crap going to try a different brand or shut the stove down they are that bad.
Developed hives from these pellets , arms and shoulders ….
From carrying these bags as they also had a lot of dust and holes in bags, my kids also developed hives ….. tried a different brand And so far so good as it has lower ash and cleaner
Stay away from Marth brand
I am running a harman xxv and I have switch to the marth hardwood pellets brown bag I love these pellets there very clean no dust and they burn clean hot & smell good I was previously running uncle jeds softwood which are very good as well but have found the Marths are a little less dusty and less expensive. Size of the pellets in length is not a issue with this stove I do get a occasional klinker but that seams to be common with any pellet that i have ran & I have experminted with a few brands along the way. I have found with hardwood pellets I have to turn my feed rate down to 3 or 21/2 it just seems it gives these pellets a little longer burn time compared to the soft pellets. less waste on unburend pellets. keeping your stove clean once a week creates less problems with any pellet and my stove runs so efficient and very hot.
Just witched over to Marth pellets over the New Year Weekend. Very disappointed. Smoke everywhere, detectors going off throughout. Come to find that these pellets are not as good as they were in the previous years. Have a pallet full. Now what?
