Okanagan Pellet Company produces premium quality fuel products from clean raw materials resulting in wood fuel products that burn hotter with lower ash levels. Quality and Consistency are the two pillars of our product line and the most important aspects to consider while choosing a brand of wood pellets. Quality is relative to the cleanliness of the wood fiber being used and the quality of the manufacturing process regardless of the species. Okanagan wood pellets have earned the reputation and the trust of our retailers as one of the highest quality fuel brands on the market.
Our wood residential pellets are available in 40 pound bags and are stacked in various configurations ranging from 50 bags up to 75 bags per pallet. Being able to stack various configurations gives us the flexibility to maximize shipping weights to the many markets we serve and thus reduces delivery costs for our customers. A well-packaged product is a very important step in our manufacturing process. We ensure that all configurations of pellets are tightly shrink wrapped prior to the placement of a thick plastic all weather cover, and then we shrink wrap again.

Okanagan pellets were the first brand of pellets I used when i first got my Harman p68 and I loved them. Could not find them locally for several years but this year I lucked out. These are the best pellets I have used to date. Good heat and very low ash. One thing I learned about talking pellets with others was that you had to have the same stove as what worked well in my Harman p68 might not work very well in other brands stoves.
have tried alot of different brands of wood pellets. okanagen pellets burn hot and very low ash.very good pellet
I am using the Douglas Fir in my harman accentra insert.
i do not care what anyone says they do not burn hotter at least not in the harman insert.
Not worth the extra money, yes there is less ash but there is still ash.
Bought Okanagan Gold.
Clogged my stove after 2 bags.
Horrible pellets, will never buy again.
Wish I could return the remaining bags!
Pelpro pp130 stove. These oakies burn nice and hot low ash/ very fine ash. I have burnt over 130 bags and am impressed. Will continue to use these.
Hi just wondering where in Nova Scotia Canada you can buy them
These pellets are awesome.Lots of heat and my stove is only on # 1,my stove is a vista flame.
Great pellet, very clean burn, window stayed clean and the ash was almost half of what I expected. I cleaned my TPS-35 in between each brand to get a more accurate test and heat output as well ash level were by far the best with these
How long does one bag of Okanagan Douglas Fir last in comparison to one bag of Orford Premier Super Premium Hardwood Pellet?
I use a pb150 Pinnacle Pellet Boiler – and this is the best pellet I have ever used. It burns long enough so I can run my unit on 16 minute cycles to burn less pellets. It also burns hot enough so that I am usually in the pilot cycle very quickly…and such a clean ash as well.
They are expense pellets…but…you get what you pay for and certainly less repairs with fan failure caused by thick ash.
