Premium Softwood Pellet from Alberta Canada. These pellets are almost identical to the Cleanfire wood pellets which I like so much. These pellets are very light in color and have that great softwood smell.
Summary
Thumbs up here! Very, Very nice pellet that I look forward to burning every year.

bought 2400 lbs. kept in the garage ,as i carried them to the house as needed ,it was just about every second bag broke on the side and lost nearly the whole bag on the ground, bag needs more strength, lots of sawdust prevents pellets from sliding down to the hopper auger, lots of smaller pieces compared to other makers, smaller pieces burn fast with no heat causing ash build up by auger and does not operate very efficiently. you just have to babysit the stove to make sure it works or have a few sleepless nights worrying when it will go out .

So much sawdust within the bag, and the pellets don't burn as hot a hardwood pellet I've previously used. Bought 40 bags and had 10 were the seal came open when loading. Poor seal. I won't be wasting my money on Spruce Pointe pellets again.
Poor quality pellet.

Verypoor pellets
our family purchased 10 pallets of pellets this past October. We felt ready for the winter. However we are very disappointed in the pellets.. There is so much sawdust and the she needs cleaning out so often that it was a big disappointment. They also don’t throw the heat like the previous pellets that we have purchased. I feel that I was overcharged for the way these pellets burn and am really disappointed.

Spucepointe pellets
Very disappointed in these pellets. I had almost a half a bag of sawdust which is making my pelletstove perform poorly.
Please look into improving this product. I will not purchase these again or until theres more positive reviews.

Don't purchase Spuce Pointe - To much saw dust.
I used Spuce Pointe last year and didn’t have an issues, but this year the amount of saw dust that I’m seeing in the bags is crazy. It’s causing my Harmond pellet insert problems because the pellets aren’t able to slide down the hopper. Multiple times I have found the stove off because it was starved of pellets. When I look in the hopper there’s plenty of pellets but the saw dust build up has caused a blockage at the bottom of the hopper preventing pellets from getting to the intake. I won’t purchase these again and can no longer recommend them!

Poor quality. To many small pieces and powder (saw dust) that will clog up the auger. Stick with hardwood pellets

Not as good as it says
Very disappointed in these pellets. I bought them at the local feed store because there was nothing else in stock. Going based on the specs on the pellet, I assumed they would be worth getting….i was wrong. My stove would ignite without fail but the flame would die out before the blower could kick on. Good thing I only bought a few bags. Oh well you live and you learn

Spruce Pointe: An excellent Pellet
I burned these two years ago when I could no longer get Okies. They burned hot and clean, perhaps as good as Okies. Spruce Pointe is an excellent pellet. I traveled 2.5 hours to get these pellets. I thought then, and think now, it was worth the trip. The Retailer stopped providing them. That’s why I’m looking for new pellets to burn. Last year I used La Crete, also an excellent product, just a tad lower in heat than Spruce Pointe, and bit more fines.
