1. Dirty bark filled pellets.

   You have always had a good pellet up till this year. You are not doing yourself any favors by selling these bark filled pellets this year. Nothing but ash and poor burning.

2. Quality of pellets

   Was woundering in the difference in color from this years pellets and last years. Last years was almost a tan color with alot of dust, this years is very dark and not alot of dust in the bags. If last years was premium what is this years.
