   Terrible Quality

   Pros

   • At one time I thought Dejno's were the best pellets around I even sold them., t
   • Then they got involved with the big box stores begining of the end for me.

   Cons

   • Now almost all of the bags are mostly saw dust burn temps are lower. I have finally come to the end, after 13 years I don't see that Dejnos cares. I used 6 ton of junk!

2. Exceptional staff

   I called because I had a lot of questions about the product. Sami was very friendly and informative. She directed me to a salesperson iwnk was very efficient. .

   Pros

   • I spoke to the safety director Sami Jones and she directed me to head salesperson David Dejnos who answered all my questions. After that if I was closer I would definitely purchase.

   Cons

   • There were too many options and no direct extensions on the original call.

3. Hardwood pellets

   I have been using Dejno’s pellets for the last 3 years. This year the skid of pellets i purchased had 7 bags that were chunks. Apparently got moisture in the bags. Tri County in Crandon, Wi replaced the 7 bags. Now that I am burning the pellets, I have ash build up on the walls and door window that I have to clean everyday. Never had that before. I am disappointed in the pellet quality with this year’s pellets.

   • Hope the company will stand behind this years purchase of poor quality pellets.

   Cons

   • poor burn quality with this years purchase. Ash build up on the stove walls and door window Dust build up the the auger that had to be vacuumed out after every 4 to 6 bags
