1. Please go bag to the bags without holes

   Please., please go back to the bags without holes in it. Each time I fill my hopper I get sawdust all over the outside of my pellet stove. Never had any problems with the older bags. Also the holes allows water into the bags when the Saran Wrap fails ruining the pellets. Seriously fo back the the original bags. I don’t want to chafe to another brand but I may be looking to do so. Thanks

   I have the same issue , no reply . Bought pallet of pellets at Farm & Home and they can’t do anything about it . Very few pieces are 1″ long & most of them 1/4″to 3/8″ and are putting out little and a whole lot of ashes . I have used Pro Pellets for years but it could be the end .

   Having a terrible time with your pellets. They are all different lengths and get stuck in the auger causing it to shut down the stove. Very mad I bought a hole skid.

   Plastic in Pro Pellets will gunk up your stove and exhaust. I’ve tried to contact Fiber By-Products to no avail. I’m disappointed to see company the doesn’t care about their product and to this point their customer.
