have a lot of clumps. lot of fine saw dust in bags to. lot of ash. gonna try some other.brands.
I’ve been using your pellets in a Quadrafire pellet stove since 2008. Last year I used a lot of another brand due to availability. Those Somerset pellets worked great. Started back with yours this year and am mad as hell! These are the dirtiest damn things ever! Less than 1 bag and my firepit is choked with ash! Two days ago I purchased 2 bags of a no name brand. They burned great! So its NOT my stove! WTF did you change? This stuff of yours is SHIT! Fix it, or this will be the last I will buy from you!
I have a Harmon P35i pellet burning stove. I usually rant and rave about your Pro pellets,this year not so happy! Tractor supply in West Branch,Mi bounces from your pellets to Stove chow brand. When I us your pellets i lose 10 degree’s on ave and clinkers I’ve never had before.Pop in a bag of Strove chow and bingo back up to 70d! What did you change this year? I’m not a happy camper………..Al
What do you recommend clients do with their empty bags?
Love my pellet stove used three ton of pro pellets this season had them delivered and stored inside my garage been having alot of issues with caking and long pellets been using this stove for four years i was told to change my exhaust blower so i did same problem caking tested my pellets they hold alot of moisture i would like to know why my email is mthracegirl29@yahoo.com thank you
