We have used pro pellets for the past three years. They were great for the first two years and then the quality has gone steadily downhill. This year we are cleaning our stove every day!! We no longer have the ability to leave our home for 8 hours or more and come home to a running stove. The heat quality is not good and the entire system is being taxed out. We have a line on another brand and are going to try those and see what happens. Obviously, pro pellets are false advertising with the hardwood label. The only way that pellets would cause these problems is too much wax and soft wood integrated into their product. Shame on them.

Disappointed
For years now, I have used only Pro Pellets. With prices approaching $300 per ton, quality is becomming an issue. My recent purchase of 1 ton and on my 3rd of 50 bags, was loaded with sawdust that partially plugged my stove auger and burn pot (Comfort Bilt HP-11) and nearly caused a house fire. My burn pot cannot be dumped with this model, so it continued to pile up pellets on top of the sawdust in the burn pot to way beyond full.I have 47 bags to go and pray I wont see this again. I use only Pro Pellets as Ive had issues with other brands. I sincerely hope this is only one of fifty bags with this issue. Dont be like everybody else by providing sub standard products while enjoying your money grab from loyal customers like me. Product purchased from Family Farm and Home on old Us27 in St Johns, Mi.

You still have plastic in the pellets. Not as much, still clogging my stove pipes.

I won’t buy anything else, I have used ProPellets in my Pellet Pro Stove. Burns clean and hot.

Used up last year’s pellets full of plastic. Clean out every other day and find crustaceans in the fire pot that I lift out by hand. Please clean your act up.
