No support,
I’ve been trying for weeks to get ahold of someone for assistance with my breckwell b-E . So far no response and no service agents anywhere near my area . I’m scraping the pellet stove idea . I guess I’ll go back to propane

Stick with a woodstove as the Big E has no balls and very little heat output. Pretty much a comedy show compared to wood heat. Such a waste of time and money. My gas cook stove puts out more heat.

I bought my Big-E stove on 2014, and have had no problems with it once I figured out the correct settings for the damper air control, which is only about a 1/4″ open. The glass does soot up, but the stove keeps running. I bought cheap pellets from Home Depo, and they die cause the auger to bind up. I cleaned the hopper out and kept pushing the feed button on the panel and all the excess dust came out. I made a screen and sifted the rest of the bags until that ton of pellets was gone. From now on any bags of pellets that have a lot of dust in them, I sift the dust out before the pelets go into the hopper.
The second year I hooked up a thermosat to the stove and it took a little fooling around with to keep the fire going, but it did save on pellets. I burn a ton of pellets a year, and try not to use the oil heat. Last year was the first time that a gallon of oil was cheaper than a bag of pellets. I think the Big-E is a great stove.
