  1. I had a heatilater stove before this one almost 10 years not many problems with it. Easy to troubleshoot. But this one is an absolute piece of shit. Keeps blowing fuses and auger moter goes and I haven’t even had it a year. Thank goodness still under warranty.I do not recommend this brand

  2. It is the worst pellet stove i have ever had the burn pot is small does not even keep my living room warm and because of the way it was made pellets get stuck under the pot and my house fills up with smoke everytime the blower shuts down..i have called everyone since i purchased it and no one cares.. A BIG WASTE OF ALTO OF MONEY..THIS STOVE IS A PIECE OF SHIT

  3. I bought the Big E in November at my local lumber store. Price was right and was supposed to heat 2200 sf. My store is about 1800 sf. I was surprised at the low output after using a small wood stove to heat my 1300 sf home for the last couple of years. Even standing 2-3 ft from blower, it was barely warm. Unless you touched the unit you wouldn’t know it was heating. I talked to salesman and he got in touch with the rep. After a discussion they replaced the unit. I have had the new unit for about 2 weeks and it still won’t begin to heat even a small area. I pulled a chair within 5 ft and the fabric is still cold after 3 hrs. Returning to store for refund. Other issues besides no heat are: shuts down when put in low mode for the night; Pot overfills on high. Can’t recommend this although it is the largest seller in our rural county in N Idaho.

  4. Ignitor keeps burning out.. I’ve had repair me install it and so have I. Company is good about replacing them at no cost, but very flushstraighting. I always check fuses before contacting them.

  5. This is my 3rd pellet stove and is the worst. I am constantly fixing it. The burn pot where the pellets burn can move just a little bit and then it does not start. When the thermostat shuts off the stove keeps burning. A little more more than a year of owning I had to purchase a new control board for around $400.00. I am on my 4th heating rod. I have only this stove for 4 years. I can’t have one heating season without fixing something. My list of issues goes on. I have a Pella that I have had for 18 years and have no problems with that. Should have done better homework. I would not recommend this product.
