We were very excited about purchasing our Louisana Wood pellet Grill to complete our new pool and back yard kitchen. We went for the more expensive built in model. It was installed the middle of June 2018. We loved it for about 6 weeks and the first of August 2018 it caught fire during use and would not work after that. There was a number of attempts to order parts and repair on site, then they picked it up sometime in October 2018 to take to shop and further explore and repair. It is now January 2019 and we still do not have it!! We feel extremely disappointed and stuck because our outdoor kitchen was built for this brand of grill. Horrid customer service.
