Ashamed of yourself
We bought 5 tons absolutely horrible pellets, won’t burn, we had pellet burners since the 90s, what a rip, good job ripping people off

Picked up a pallet of these pellets from my local Menards store. The first couple bags seem to be burning great. I have no complaints so far. If anything changes I’ll update my review.
There’s something wrong with these pellets. They put off an awful smell when burning. Is so badd my neighbors are complaining. I have been using a wood pellet stove for 5 years. Never have I had such badd pellets. Problem is I bought a 150 bags so I’m just stuck.
I bought these pellets at home depot. I open the skid an 5 bags are wet, no problem HD replaced them.
When i open 1 1st bag i was overcome with an smell of a near chemical. I’ve burned pellets for 18 yrs now, never hav I had any pellets stink so bad. You can even smell them upstairs in my home… any ideas of what this is.
We’re thinkin of takin a bag to EPA for their opinion.
I use a harmon p43 stove . These are the best pellets I have used great heat less ash. I hope Lowes continues to stock
