Oak Creek Wood Pellets

1. I have a Quadrafire Mt. Vernon AE and have burned Oak Creek Pellets from
   9784 Minnesota Hwy 25, Pierz, MN. 56364 for three years. The first two years the quality was outsatanding. However, this year the quality is terrible and cause auger jams constantly. I poured one 40lb. bag out into buckets in front of a fan and the swept the dust and fines and had enough to fill a one gallon can. Talked with the company but was very dissatified with the results. I know one thing, a company that doesn’t stand behind their product won’t be in business very long.
   My recommendation is not to buy from this company.
