The hardwood pellets that carry the O’Malley Lumber name are made from100% hardwood wood fiber; there are no additives or chemicals. Because we use the wood waste created by our own sawmills we can totally control the quality of the product that goes into our pellets – something other manufacturers can’t claim.
The technology we use at our sawmills guarantees that the wood product that goes into our pellets has never come in contact with the ground. While this may seem like a minor point, it allows us to guarantee clean, consistent hardwood pellets that won’t contain any dangerous contaminants like rocks, dirt, and other debris.

Beware! The worst pellets I have ever used. They are to long. They get caught in the auger and bind the auger so that it will not turn. I tried them twice and this happened both times. I had to vacuum them out of the stove and replace them with another brand. I used which where about half the length of the O’Malley pellets. I’ve had a pellet stove for ten years. This is the first time this has ever happened. Bought them at Tractor supply. Unfortunately I paid cash for 20 bags and didn’t keep the receipt. Took the remaining bags to the dump. Never again!
Best pellets ever. Clean burning, very little ash. Burns completely. This year’s pellet, different brand, don’t fully burn, throwing out half burned pellets.
terrible pellets this season . (2022-2023) kept clogging up in the burn pot and fumes from exhaust left black smoot on the white post and soffitt of the front porch. will never buy again.
They are awful clog my burn pot to the extent the pellets burnt out my igniter. I have to clean the burn pot every day because the pellets form a clinter pile in the bottom of burn pot. I f I do not clean it the stove will not light .
I will never buy these pellets again. I bought a ton and the bags had a lot of sawdust in them.
Pellets are GARBAGE. Extremely slow starting. Cant even burn a whole bag without cleaning firepot. Stove will not start by itself without cleaning fire pot first. Been burning 2 to 3 tons of pellets for the last 15 years and these are the WORST OF THE WORST.
