My stove is a action bay st croix it will over fill with pellets in the burn pot and won’t start. I just cleaned it thoroughly last nite. Started up fine but this morning I found the burn pot full of pellets. What to do now

The Heat Exchange Tube Scraper Broke in half. How do I get another or can I weld it in place?
We junked our St. Croix Afton Bay after it twice filled our house with smoke. I gave it a regular cleaning weekly and an extended service twice a month. It was great the first year but then the problems started. We had several different service people come to check it out. Finally one said that this model has a poor design to clean it completely and that an area that was not able to be reached was completely clogged.
