USED YOUR PELLETS LAST YEAR AND HAD 1 TON LEFT THIS SEASON. BOUGHT 2 TONS OF COMPETITERS BRAND AT RURAL KING. VERY DISAPPOINTED, HAD MOISTURE IN BAGS, CONSTANTLY HAVING TO CLEAN PELLET BIN. HOPE I CAN FIND YOUR PELLETSIN OUR AREA FOR NEXT SEASON.
I bought 6 bags of your pellet last week at Lowe’s in Charleston, WV and went back yesterday to buy more because they were the best pellets I have ever burned in our stove. How can I get more.
I have been using my pellet heater for 15 16 years I have never had better pellets that burn good clean and hotter than the ones they make here I could not be any more pleased with them if they brought them to me

Very good product! I have burned the Greenway hardwood pellets for three seasons now and have had zero problems, They have high BTU’S and low ash.
We used the oak pellets last year and loved the heat. We are having trouble finding them this year. Where in the central misoouri area can we purchase them?
I emailed H&H sales dept to find their Greenway pellets & found out they ship to Ace Hardware distribution center in Gainesville, GA. I contacted my local Ace Hardware & they ordered 2 tons for me from the distribution center and I just picked them up from my local store. So Mr. Davidson call your Ace in Helen and tell them you need SKU#4514832. I have a Harman P43 pellet stove and LOVE these pellets! They burn hot and my stove stays cleaner longer than any other brands I’ve tried. I’ve learned if the bag says Premium Wood, it’s not necessarily Hardwood, so I only trust Greenway in my stove.
Is there a dealer who sells the greenway stove pellets within a 30 to 50 mile distance of Helen, Ga, zip code 30545 where we can pick up a pallet of pellets? Thank you for a reply.
