Class Action Lawsuit - Ethylene Oxide Emissions
Ouch, class action lawsuit against them for toxic ethylene oxide emissions in Ladysmith, WI. There was a big initiative to phase the oxide out of the medical device sterilization process because it was so hazardous to people who work around it and even live in the community. https://www.epa.gov/newsreleases/epa-finalizes-protections-workers-and-communities-cancer-causing-ethylene-oxide

Indeck CONSISTANTLY VERY GOOD!
I have used these when available at Menards for the past several years. They rank write up there at the top, as I have used about 7 different brands with some brands not so good. I never hesitate to buy this INDECK. Very consistent, burn clean, and burn the same from year to year. I like these pellets.
