Indeck Wood Pellets
Hardwood / Hardwood-Dominant Blend – High Quality Fuel
Indeck Wood Pellets are produced by a U.S. manufacturer and designed for residential pellet stoves that demand consistent quality. Their production emphasizes clean raw material, careful processing, and aims for minimal dust and ash.
Typical performance: These pellets are packaged in 40-lb bags and built to deliver solid heating output with ash levels kept low. They are PFI-certified and marketed toward homeowners who want a step up from typical value bag fuels.
Availability: Sold through regional dealers and selected retailers, especially in the Midwest and northern U.S. Because they’re a higher-quality product, stock and seasonal availability may vary — check bag date, storage condition and local dealer inventory before buying by the ton.
Status note: Indeck remains in production, but like many premium pellet brands, batch consistency and distribution can fluctuate season-to-season. Make sure you’re getting the current-season run for best performance.
Bottom line: If you’re looking for a hardwood-dominant pellet that delivers reliable heat and cleaner burn than many value blends, Indeck Wood Pellets are a strong option — just inspect the bag date and verify your local dealer carries them this season.

Heat is fine, ash about the same as any other, however lots of dust which I need to clean the hopper more often. There seems to be more crumbles than pellets. Using premium softwood.

Do not recommend use of these pellets
Pillows have a strong smell. Compared to the previous pellets I was using these pellets produce a lot less heat. Pellets also seem to be crumbled and of poor quality compared to previous pellets I have used. I do not recommend these pellets.

PLEASED
Indeck pellets burn nicely and clean. I found little difference between them Somerset, and Ozark, all being premium hardwood. Easy heat pellets are terrible and are very dirty. I will buy any of those 3 brands but have burned indeck the most because of their close availability and price at Menards.
all being hardwood

Horrible 50 bags burnt..
First yr with a pellet stove and these are the 3rd brand I have tried.. by far the worst of the 3.. WAY more ash than the other two.. more moister content.. sadly I ended up with a pallet “50” bags bc I ordered from lowes thinking I was gonna get the Somerset brand (best of the 3) I can say I’ll NEVER order these again and will not recommend..

Dirtiest pellet of all used.
When this ton is done I’ll never use again.
