This brand (at least the 10 bags that I burnt in my pellet stove) should be used only for outdoor fires… has a plastic smell to it, and does not burn efficiently leaving black soot within an hour after thorough cleaning. Quality of these pellets have dramatically reduced since the last time I’ve used this brand in 2014.

Worst pellets I have used yet. I’ve been using the same brand for two years. Bought 10 bags at menards and I am half tempted to dump the rest out. They made my stove glass solid black. Made the house smell strange when burning. Very dirty pellets. Won’t ever buy again.

Got a pallet from Menards, right off the pellets took a lot to get lit, couldn’t get much over 100 degrees where I normally get 125-135 off of my US Stove furnace. I have fought this pallet of pellets all 3 weeks and will be glad when there gone. Blending them out with another brand has helped greatly. Burn pot has to be de chunked every day as it builds up a plastic like substance along the sides. Also very dirty as most times I only clean the furnace on Sunday afternoon but not with these pellets every 3 days at the most. It will burn good for 2 days then you get a spot that they won’t burn and just fill the pot up. Totally junk inconsistent pellets.

Worst wood pellets I’ve ever purchased. Steve has to be cleaned out after burning only 3 bags.
