   My glass in the stove and inside lines with black soot does not burn good at all always smoking out exhaust pipe I have burnt the pro pellets for years but this last fall and this spring nothing but trouble I guess time to switch brands.

   Burned this brand in the past and they were good. This year lots of black soot, have to throughly clean stove once a week. Will not buy this brand again!

   We used these pellets last year and they worked fine. This year they are absolute garbage. Turned my stove black, clean constantly, give clinkers, burn so hot they warped my pot. I have to replace several warped parts now. They also stink.

   Have used since the day I bought my Hartman P68 stove. Have always been very pleased until this year. Lots of fines & dust. Plus my stove has a 76lb hopper capacity. But I this year I can put 2 “ 40 “ lb bags in my hopper with none left over ???? How is that ??

   Used this brand for 20 years. They've been really good, burned excellent, ash very low, very good heat,until, this season! Still burning good but, bags are full of fines, in every bag, clinkers every daily cleaning, tee fitting, in chimney, full of ash! 1/2 the season. I used to clean it once a season, at the end!
   Not going to buy pro pellets next season! I'm done with this SHIT!

   Terrible pellet fuel, I’ve used many kinds over the years and never had them burn like these. Makes a black sticky film on everything, smells horrible like burning plastic or chemicals. I don’t know what’s being mixed with the wood but it probably shouldn’t be! The worst part is that I bought several bags of this junk and don’t feel safe using it with the build up it creates after just 1 bag. Terrible doesn’t describe this product pro pellet!

   Out of the three skids of pellets I bought this year the first skid I've had at least three bags maybe four on every layer with a hard football sized lump in it a frozen wet pellets that swelled up my pellet stove will not run those through it and the farm store where I buy them won't refund me money for 30 bags they won't give me or bags for 30 bags that were bad either I'm very very disappointed with you guys I can't afford to spend $200 and some dollars on a skit a pellets and throw half the skid away

    Awful quality; two full pallets of Pro Pellet brand with slits on every bag. Some bags frozen with water absorbed pellets that are unusable

    Bags have slits through the back of all bags, manufacture issue definitely. Bags with water damage and solid chunks that cannot be used in a pellet stove. Awful quality

    I recently purchased four tons of pellets from a TSC store. My concern is several of the bags so far have had corners on the top seal that have not been sealed completely. Though it has not been a big loss so far it is making a mess. Please take this issue into consideration. Thank you.

    I have a King Ashley model 5500M that I have had now for 10 years. I have had very good luck with it with very few major issues. I have always used pro pellets in it because I had the best luck with them. In the past I have pre purchased my pro pellets from a local TSC store and usually purchased two tons. This year with the economic uncertainty I purchased three tons. I disassemble my pellet stove each season and give it a thorough cleaning. I usually have no problem getting seven days between normal cleaning. Once the stove is going it's business as usual. The problem I'm facing this season is hard to get the pellets burning, and the stove will shut down in the night and the burn pot will be full of pellets. Also the chimney is a lot dirtier than past years. I've also been experiencing a brown dust in the chimney and the burning area and window glass. I have definitely not had a good experience burning pro pellets this season. I hope they pay attention to their reviews and can correct the problem for the next season.

    Have burned at least 4 tons of pro pellets each year since I bought my Harman stove at least 10 to 12 years ago. Have never had any problems with them except that am getting much more ash this year. Used to go around a month before I would have to clean my stove, but so far this year have had to clean about every 2 weeks. I wonder if they changed the wood they use to manufacture pro pellets in 2022. Get about 14 hours, give or take, out of 1 bag.

    Just a follow up to my 2019 review. I have still been burning Pro Pellets consistently since then, and have not had any of the issues that others have described. I haven't noticed any difference in quality, heat output, or burn time. They still burn clean and hot, and I still go 2 weeks between firebox cleanings with no plugged burn pot holes, and can still see through the glass. I'm still running the same VG5770 stove, with no problems.

    Compared to a couple other brands I burned which have a rough finish, these pellets are compressed to the point that they are smooth and shiny. They slide down the hopper more easily. Carrying the bags feels more "sloshy" compared to the others. I suspect they are compressed more tightly, to get more heat for the size.

    When these pellets were getting harder to find, I contacted the company. They gave me a listing of local dealers. I also wrote them a positive review based on my experiences, and suggested they not change a thing. They asked me where I was buying them, and since then I have had no issues finding them at the local Family Farm and Home or Tractor Supply.

    Excellent heat output, very clean burning. Lower moisture and ash spec compared to other brand specs I have seen. Consistent pellet in my experience. Company is responsive and friendly when contacted.
