Four
I recently purchased four tons of pellets from a TSC store. My concern is several of the bags so far have had corners on the top seal that have not been sealed completely. Though it has not been a big loss so far it is making a mess. Please take this issue into consideration. Thank you.

Pro pellet issues
I have a King Ashley model 5500M that I have had now for 10 years. I have had very good luck with it with very few major issues. I have always used pro pellets in it because I had the best luck with them. In the past I have pre purchased my pro pellets from a local TSC store and usually purchased two tons. This year with the economic uncertainty I purchased three tons. I disassemble my pellet stove each season and give it a thorough cleaning. I usually have no problem getting seven days between normal cleaning. Once the stove is going it’s business as usual. The problem I’m facing this season is hard to get the pellets burning, and the stove will shut down in the night and the burn pot will be full of pellets. Also the chimney is a lot dirtier than past years. I’ve also been experiencing a brown dust in the chimney and the burning area and window glass. I have definitely not had a good experience burning pro pellets this season. I hope they pay attention to their reviews and can correct the problem for the next season.
