  1. Disappointing pellets

    I have been heating my home with pellets for over 25 years. I used this brand a few times last year with success. Used them this year and they are by far the worst pellets I have come across. Bad batch? They plug up the burn pot after a couple hours. Thought it was my stove. Did a complete clean with flue cleaning as well. Still quickly plug up burn pot. Used another brand and stove works fine. Hopefully I can return my other unused bags.

  2. Prefer ZERO NAILS

    Sorry to report that I just had to take off work and take my pellet stove apart to remove a rusty 2 inch nail that came in one of the Mallard Creek bags I’ve been using. I’m throwing the remaining ones out and buying something reliable

    Caused my auger to jam with first bag. I will be requesting my dealer to dump Mallard Creek and sell a more quality brand!

  5. Gave them a second chance and done with them

    Some pellets are 4 times as long as they should be and clog up and cause a log jam and the pellets can’t get thru so stove turns off. Way to cold to constantly be breaking up the hold up. I contacted the company and was in no way satisfied with their answer. We gave them another chance and same problem. Never again
