Very bad product with Deceptive 'Premium' Marketing
Total marketing BS. The brand claims these pellets ‘exceed all industry standards,’ but my experience has been the complete opposite. The heat output is lower compared to my usual pellets, and the ash level is much higher, requiring constant cleaning.
As an extra ‘bonus,’ the fireplace window got coated in a tar-like residue that I cannot remove—the first time this has happened in my 20 years of using this fireplace. This was my first time buying this brand, and it will definitely be my last. I strongly suggest others avoid Mallard Creek and stick to a brand that actually delivers on its promises.

Worst pellets ever!!!!!
These pellets are the worst pellets I have ever used I’ve had my quadrafire pellet insert for 10years I buy 1 to 2 tons a year never have I had to clean my insert after 2 days clogsup burn pot turns glass black so much ash it’s sad that you can’t make a good product YOU WILL NEVER GET MY HARD EARNED MONEY AGAIN!!!!! YOU SHOULD REFUND OUR MONEY!!!!!
