I bought my pellets at TSC never saw the Ozark before and took a chance after going on the company webpage. WOW what a mistake these pellets are the dirtiest crap I have ever burned. I have to clean stove every day its as dirty a what I always got in a week. I constantly get the fire-pot completely plugged and then full of unburned pellets. My exhaust pipe needs cleaned all the time, these pellets are at the point of unsafe they burn so dirty.
These are by far the dirtiest burning pellets I have ever used. I was amazed at the size of klinker and angry at the same time when I had to shut the stove down and clean it out again after only 8 hours. I have had better results burning animal bedding pellets.
I bought 2 tons of the Ozark Hardwood pellets at TSC. These are the dirtiest pellets I’ve ever burned. Bag is full of sawdust when you dump in bin and they make a ton of ash. I also end up with huge clinker that blocks the whole pot which then fills with unburned pellets. Never will I buy these again.
Using Golden Fire pellets. Burn fine with not too much ash, but had several bags left over from last season, and the odor of the dry pellets is so bad, we can’t leave any in the hod because of it. Why is this?
This is the worst pellet product I have ever used!! I purchased 4 tons of this product and there is about 25% sawdust/ crumbling material instead of pellets. If I wanted saw dust I would of purchased saw dust!!
The company WON’T DO anything about there crappy product. Spread the the word so nobody else gets RIPPED OFF.
