Horrible pellets
Was given three bags of these premium Rocky Mountain pellets to try. Original purchaser didn’t care for them. Now I see why, absolutely the worst pellets I’ve ever encountered in 28 years since I bought my Quadra-Fire. Daily cleaning and huge pile-up of clinkers have to be broken up. Absolutely horrible, heat output is not near that of any other brand I’ve ever used. lignetics, (sp)?
or heaters will always be my best bet from now on. This company needs to do some serious quality control because what they’re for claiming on the bag is far from what the customer is receiving in their stove. It’s nothing short of robbery.

Rocky Mountain Pellet Bad Decline
these pellet have really decreased in quality. 5 years ago they were the best pellet available locally including Bear Mountain. Then I bought a ton from a local supplier that had so much saw dust i could use them without clogging up the stove. The supplier did give refund and explained the issue to an isolated manufacturing process issue that had been resolved. The next fall gave them another chance pellets short and found still to much saw dust. Went back to Bear Mountain (good choice). Gave them another shot this year they are crap. I have to mix them with Bear Mountain in order to burn with out pellet stove stopping. Pellet are 3/16-1/4 inch small they almost get blown out of the burn pot, low heat output, and once again a huge amount of saw dust. Gave them many chances and will not make the mistake again. To bad!

Worst pellets ever!
By far, the worst pellets I have ever purchased! They will not burn all of the way. I have to empty my hopper every day! Stay clear of this product. BTW, I have been using pellet stoves for the past 12 years.

Smoke, ash & no heat
These are terrible! Do not buy these in 2019/2020. So much ash & smoke & no heat. They are the worst quality. What happened to this company?
