Explanation for pin holes in bags
I work for another pellet company and no matter what brand you buy, you are going to have the pin holes in the bags. That is also true for the BBQ pellets as well. The holes are there for a reason which is to keep moisture from being trapped inside from the manufacturing process. They should be stored inside or at least covered good outside.
As far as these pellets go, I haven’t tried them yet to see what they are like. Not real keen on hearing people find wood chunks in them. Not sure how that happens, but I haven’t seen their producing and packaging process.

Your pellets work fine in my stove but in some bags there are some larger wood pieces in with the pellets and jambs up my auger once in awhile. I sometimes have second thoughts when I leave the home for more than 4 hours or longer when it’s below zero. Also I bought a complete pallet and but the time I got home the to plastic cover was flapping in the breeze and the top bags were exposed so I had to cover them with a tarp over night to protect them and unload them the next day. A heavier plastic on top would be beneficial for protecting them.

Rethink the bagging of pellets
Not happy with the pin holes in the bags, we lost 7 bags with damage from moisture so far and purchased 2 pallets from Menards.
