Got these from our local Canadian Tire store. I like them much better than hardwood pellets or a mix of both. Not much ash in the pot.

I seem to have the same issue with the Pellets plugging up the bottom of my hopper. Find I am getting a lot of pellets that r just too long to drop. I don’t mind the holes in the bags because the holes release the moisture. If they can control the length of the pellets better they wouldn’t be that bad to burn.
Poor quality control. I have in my hand 3 pellets each 3 inches long. These plug the drop box to the auger. First time I’ve used these pellets. Will try and exchange the remaining bags for a different brand.

Great product. Love it. But the holes in the bag make for a very messy messy product. If you would fix the holes in the bag. I would use surefire all the time.
Poor quality. Plug up auger too much dust ……kozi baywinn
Aside from a few long pellets (2″) Auger chews these up no problem. These pellets run well in my Jamestown j2000. Good heat & long burn. No complaints. Reasonable price. Northern Ontario Canada
Worst pellets i ever. Used. Stay away from these, unless you like unplugging your auger and replacin the drive motor. I have tried every brand i can find. Never saw anything as bad as this.
this is the second year i used your pellets. I have had three times already of plugging up my auger, very frustrating.Had no trouble the year before.Found a lot of not formed pellets in the bags. un happy.
