I would like to thank you for making a great product. I have use 3 to4 tons for each of the last 6 or7 years. But this year I am very disappointed with your Black er pellets. My Harmon stove is not liking them. They don’t burn as hot and I have to clean the burn pot every other day to make itfunction. In the past I have been able to get by with some minor cleaning every couple of weeks. In checking with other users wefind all are having problems. I hope you can correct the quality of the product. I will try a couple of bags next year to see if I need to make a change. Thank you for the past years of great product.
