   Pros

   • Great Pellets. I have used for over 10 years. When a competitor switched to "their Brand" I looked elsewhere to find the Western Wood. They burn great in my Lopi Pellet Stove.

   Cons

   • The Packaging! I went to pick up my last supply and most of the 20 bags were open at the top. You can tell it was not malicious as the 3-4" in the middle looks like it was not hit by the heat sealing machine. It was not the supplier either. These bags came off of a sealed pallet. When I got home, I had more pellets in the bed of my truck that in the bags. If you cannot fix the problem (as specified by other reviewers as well), I will switch back to your competitor. At least their bags are sealed! No quality control - no buy.

2. This company admitted that they stored their pellets in a building that produced condensation and caused the bags to have clumps and pellets that were not able to be burnt. As one of the distributors, we lost customers and have been fighting with them to get the refund since last year. We are still waiting as of March 24, 2017. No one is this company is able to handle this issue after agreeing that they would do so. I would not recommend this company to anyone for any business dealings.
