Pellets run 2016 $230 a ton. I average about 20 hours – US Stove. Nice heat, with little ash. I do clean the system once a week and do not have much ash at all. Have been very pleased. Tried Hammer Hot ones and seemed for my system at least to not burn as long nor did it have the heat output that I expected. Although they are also low ash, just seemed like I was not doing as well as the Allegheny pellets. I may also be bias since the Allegheny pellet company is just down the road. I just picked up a ton during Labor Day special for $210.
