   • When it works it puts out nice heat

   Cons

   • This is our second winter with this stove. We have replaced the main fan, and now the auger motor is on order. The main fan never worked until they replaced it. That took several weeks. Now, we will see how long the auger motor takes. We spent $10,000 and bought what we were told is the best stove. We are very disappointed. Do not buy this product.

2. Don't buy m55

   Purchased a m55 cast iron insert was told goes thru bag of pellets in 24hrs and you don’t need to clean it that often…well we go through 3 bags in 24hrs and need to clean the tar window after 18hrs.had dealer check it try adjustments still no good he can’t get good readings distribution folks stink and don’t think enviro cares

   • Has not worked right from day 1
   • Poor manufacturer support
   • Burns way to much pellets
   • Low heat output
   • Way over priced

   My enviro m55 is great for heat but it’s glass gets dirty very fast . I need to clean it daily . What’s the problem with it?

4. A piece of junk down more often than operating

5. I have had my insert for 5 years it does not work 50% of the time a piece of junk.
