This stove hasn’t run properly from day 1. It runs for awhile and then shuts down. The burn pot is overflowing with unburnt pellets. I get no satisfaction from the dealer or the company. I tried every trick in the manual but nothing helps. I cleaned, vacuumed and wiped out the entire stove and chimney, as well as tried the damper from half to fully opened and nothing helps. Piece of junk with no help available.
it only starts automaticly 1 in every 3 attempts. When it starts it works fine. Would not recommend it to my friends
