Disappointed
Recently, I purchased the M55 fireplace insert. I rate this insert a 2/10. Appearance is great, cleaning this every 3-4 days is a nightmare. There is ash everywhere. When you open the door ash falls out where it collects on the bottom of the glass frame. Ash build up on the sides. The ash pan has 3 sides and is dragged out towards the back end. The pellets don’t slide down. There’s more.

I have a M55 insert in my old fireplace ! I have been hearing with Pellet for over 8!years now , owned for Stoves M55 Heating ‘ 10/10 , !! Apart from that to clean it’s a nightmare, the way the maganizims inside are designed to clean !! 6/10 !! And the biggest bull ‘ the super quit on an on !! Shakes vibrates all the time !! The worst one I have had to date !! The finshings are very bad !! So over all bang for the buck 6.5 / 10
