Fireside ultra is the ultimate
The best pellets I have ever had. I have been using this brand 90% of the time for the last ten years. It’s just hard to find them. You need to search all Home Depot stores in your region.

Great Pellets
These Fireside Pellets in the black and orange bag are great. However, just heard we wont be seeing much in New England this winter due to COVID as they usually come from Canada and I guess they aren’t delivering? Compare these to the Green Supreme and these Firesides burn much hotter. I’m sure everybody has a different stove and different combustion fans, but I’ve done the test in my Pioneer Lopi stove where I put my hand in front of the stove where the heat blows out and I can’t keep my hand in front if it for long when I’m burning these Firesides. The green supreme’s I can leave my hand there all day – they just don’t burn as hot. And after it all, it’s all about how much heat these puppies put out that matters to me. Bumming I wont have them for this winter.

Worst Pellets ever.
I had to buy these pellets at (HOME DEPOT) when my normal place was closed. Well they don’t burn worth a crap. I had to shut my pellet stove off twice a day cause they would build up and start up the chute. I threw them out and went to my regular place (TRACTOR SUPPLY) and now we’re back to normal.

funny smell
they are supposed to be 100% natural wood product but all winter I noticed a nasty chemical smell from them (not while burning – before burning) no more for me
