I have bought your wood pellets for many years, but it’s done since your pellets mix is with much dust and the packing bags break apart! I have been loyal to your product, but now I will use another. I’m sure no one is interested in my concern with what I have to say!!!!! Plus in my area your price per ton has gone up by $25.00. I buy 4-5 tons per season so. Another company will benefit!
I have an Enviro Pellet stove 40,000 btu. For a 2000 square foot home. I have used many kinds of pellets in the eleven years of use. The best and the hottest and low ash makes Country Boy the best on the market. I went through 150 bags of Country boy and emptied the ash bin once. I run my stove at a lower feed setting than other brands of pellets, because they are HOT,HOT,HOT. Try Country Boy. You will be warm on a cold winter night.
