1st year with some bad pellets
From reading others reviews on other brands I’m not the only one that ran into issues with very heavy fines and black soot issues. first ton and a quarter were fine then the next 1 and 3/4 tons had the heavy fines and soot. My last ton is back to normal. Hope the 4 ton I buy for 25/26 season don’t have the same issue.

A lot of saw dust included in the 20 lbs bags of CLEA FIRE PACIFIC SOFT WOOD PELLES
I have been using 3 tons of these “Cleanfire Pacific softwood pellets over the previous winter. Each 20 pound bag contains about two pounds of saw dust. The saw dust made it necessary to clean the stove after every use. Otherwise the stove would not start. I am very disappointed in the quality of these pellets I still have approximately one ton of 30 pound bags left. I’m order to use these I have to now sift the pellets to remove the ponds of saw dust. I am very disappointed.
Is there any thing that this company could compensate me for all of these pounds of saw dust ( two pounds per 20 pound bag) ?
