The question was asked if there is a company that delivers Dejno pellets. I live in Town of Vernon, WI. RNB Country Pellets out of Whitewater does deliver. They have a FACEBOOK page.
First year using these pellets, bought them from big R would never buy them again. Identified as premium hardwood blend, burns clean, low ash. The bag know longer indicates the percent in ash, know longer gives the percent of hardwood clogs up the stove every two weeks. It specifies hard wood and I know that standards have changed on the definition of what is hard wood but when it is being used for burning in a stove this is not the place for pine. This is a very dangerous product to use. The last three years pellets are getting worse and prices are staying up another consumer ripoff.
This is an excellent pellet. It produces less ash than any pellet I’ve burned and I’ve tried at least a half dozen. I’ve gone a month before emptying my Harmon ash bin. The only problem – I can’t find them in the Boston area this year.
Good pellets, but it would great to find a company that deliver to your home if u buy 2 tons or more. Does anyone know of a company that does this? Also, is there a better pellet out there? I appreciate any feedback.
Finally, a good pellet!! We’ve been burning them for about 2 weeks now and I must say that I haven’t found a better pellet for quite a few years. Very little fines in the bottom of the bag, and the ash is minimal. Been burning them in an older Whitfield Advantage II stove and a Harman PC45 stove with similar results from each stove. Thank You Dejno’s
These pellets burn very poorly in my US Stove 6039. To get these to burn consistently at all I’ve had to install a fresh air kit, and put my combustion blower at max speed. Even then, the longest I’ve been able to go between cleanings is three days, and I have to clean the rain cap about every week as the vents get packed with soot. I hate to write a poor review for a Wisconsin product, but I definitely will not buy this product again, even at the extremely low price. Fines seem ok, pellet size isn’t very consistent. Seems like a lot of ash, but I’ve been putting more pellets through it than normal with the cold this year.
We bought some of these to try in our Cumberland stove. We actually bought them from Dan Phillips. He wont steer you wrong. Stay away from the companies who want you to pay to join their “buying clubs”. Do your own research. We can prebuy this spring for next fall too. And not have to join a club! Good clean quality pellets
I have been selling Dejno’s Pellets about 2 months now. I have gotten a lot of good feedback from customers saying they put out good heat with clean burning qualities too. Very clean in the bag with no fines and very low dust.
I have Country pellet stove. These are my favorite pellets to burn in my stove. They are a good mix between afordable and clean-burning, with good heat output.
