I have purchased and burned Easy Blaze in the past and have been pleased. However, this year I have been extremely disappointed. The amount of ash is incredible. I have used other brands before as well as Easy Blaze, but I have never had this level of ash. There is also a very high level of powder which is preventing the pellets to slide. I keep cleaning the auger, but the pellets do not slide easily. I have owned my Harmon fireplace insert for about 10 years and have ever had this issue.
So, whatever changes you have made, please go back to what you were doing before. I usually buy 2 pr 3 tons, but will not buy Easy Blaze next year.

Great heat, average burn time for softwood, ash amount is very good but the amount of fines is off the charts. Burned 20 bags so far and the fines already jammed the slide plate in my Harman stove. Will not buy again.

    Way to many fines

Heat is great, Bags are nice quality

    Disliked

Way too many fines usually 1 cup to 2 cups per bag. Have to sift each bag before using. Also finding bits and small pieces of wood in each bag. This is our last year we will buy them! After 8 tons and God knows how many cups of fines, we are all done working this hard.

About the best I've burned in 9 years of burning. Bag quality Is very good but not overly thick. Pellet size is consistent not too long. Better for running through the auger. My go to pellet

    Liked

    Burn very good consistent size.

    Disliked

Cost more then bargain pellets. I get them where they load them for me so price is 2 bucks a bag more but getting them loaded with better & SAFER burn make up most of the difference with a 20 % burn improvment.. burn like a dream. Try a couple bags. Won't be sorry..
