Purchased the stove last year about this time…keep having problems, last year Auger had to be replace…company that installed stove which i bought from didn’t even know how to turn stove on!! Now the lastest problem seems to be combustion..the pellets aren’t burning thru correctly..flame keeps flickering and combustion box area fills with black smoke/soot and we have to shut it off…No luck finding any technician to set stove perimeters!! Can’t find any in our area of Massachusetts…Was being helped by mfg in Minnesota but he has stopped dealing with them as well..pls anyone with any ideas or who we can reach out to for assistance, pls advise..Thank you
